Homemade Applesauce

Applesauce is very easy to make and can be used in many baking recipes as egg substitute. Applesauce can also be given to infants as babyfood and as a snack to toddlers. Any apple variety can be used, I prefer gala apples.
Recipe
Serving : 1 cup applesauce
