Cinnamon Cheesecake Brownies

Delicious cinnamon cheesecake brownies
Bake time : 25 to 30 mins
Oven temperature : 350℉/180℃
For Cheesecake
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
For Brownies
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup(200g) white sugar 
  • 1 cup(200g) brown sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup(120g) all purpose flour/maida
  • ⅔ cup(65g) cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup(8 oz or 225g) unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
  • Preheat oven to 350℉/180℃. Line a square or rectangular baking pan with aluminum foil and grease with oil.
Cheesecake batter
  • In a bowl, add softened cream cheese(To soften the cream cheese, microwave it for 30 seconds). Whip it with a whisk for 2 minutes. Add eggs and mix for 2 minutes. Add sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder and salt. Mix until everything is combined well. Keep it aside.
  • Beat eggs in another bowl for 3 minutes until pale yellow, using an electric mixer or hand whisk.
  • Add in white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract and whisk for 1 minute.
  • Add all purpose flour, cocoa powder, salt, cinnamon powder and mix gently.
  • Add melted butter, mix until everything is well combined.  
  • Pour half of the batter in the prepared baking pan. Pour the cheesecake batter over the brownie batter. Drop the dollops of remaining brownie batter on to it. 
  • Use a knife to swirl brownie batter and cheesecake batter together. 
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, a toothpick inserted must come clean.
  • Allow to cool completely and slice them.
  • Chill it in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.

In baking, always use leveled measurements and follow the exact steps as mentioned in the recipe for better outcome.
