Delicious cinnamon cheesecake brownies Recipe Bake time : 25 to 30 mins Oven temperature : 350℉/180℃ Ingredients For Cheesecake 16 oz cream cheese 2 eggs ½ cup white sugar ½ tsp cinnamon powder ½ tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt For Brownies 4 eggs 1 cup (200g) white sugar  1 cup (200g) brown sugar 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup (120g) all purpose flour/maida ⅔ cup (65g) cocoa powder 1 tsp cinnamon powder 1 tsp salt 1 cup (8 oz or 225g) unsalted butter (melted and cooled) Instructions Preheat oven to 350℉/180℃. Line a square or rectangular baking pan with aluminum foil and grease with oil. Cheesecake batter In a bowl, add softened cream cheese(To soften the cream cheese, microwave it for 30 seconds). Sharing my all time hit brownies recipe! Secret for good brownies is perfect whipping of eggs and gently folding in the flour mixture. Recipe Yield : 16 Brownies  Cook time : 40-45 Minutes Temperature : 300F/150C Ingredients  4 eggs 1¾ cup sugar 2 tsp vanilla essence/extract 2 ⁄ 3  cup cocoa powder  1 cup all purpose flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon powder(optional) 1 cup melted butter  ½ Tbsp milk 1 chopped chocolate bar or 4 oz chocolate chips (optional) Method Preheat oven to 300℉/150℃. No-Oven Brownies

This fudgy brownie recipe doesn't need an oven and can be made over stove by steaming method. All you need is a sauce pan with lid, a plate and boiling water. Ingredients :  3 tbsp all purpose flour/maida 2 tbsp cocoa powder  ¼ cup sugar 1 ⁄ 4  tsp baking powder 3 tbsp oil 3 tbsp water ½  tsp Vanilla extract 2 tsp chocolate chips.  Recipe video tutorial: Method Take a microwavable cup or mug. Add all purpose flour, cocoa powder, sugar and baking powder. Give a mix so that the dry ingredients are combined well. Now add oil, water and a vanilla extract. Mix the batter well.  Add some chocolate chips in the center.  Microwave on high power for 1 minute. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the brownie and enjoy!
