Homemade granola | Peanut butter granola

Easy, nutritious and delicious peanut butter granola is great for snacking and as well as for breakfast(with milk). I usually have it with almond milk and freshly sliced banana.  Always use natural peanut butter(check label and avoid peanut butter with ingredients - hydrogenated oils, palm oil and sweeteners). Recipe Yield : 3 cups Oven Temperature : 325℉/160℃ Bake Time: 15 minutes Video tutorial: Ingredients Dry Ingredients 3 cups rolled oats ¼ tsp salt (optional) ½ tsp cinnamon powder 2 tsp chia seeds 2 tsp ground flax seeds 1 Tbsp coconut flakes/shredded coconut  Wet Ingredients ¼ cup peanut butter ¼ cup coconut oil ¼ cup maple syrup or honey ½ tsp vanilla extract(optional) Instructions Preheat oven to 325℉/160℃. Healthy Oats and Millets(Ragi) Cookies | Vegan & Gluten free

These soft baked cookies with oats flour, millet flour and applesauce/mashed bananas are so delicious and healthy. Kids will definitely love these cookies. Finger Millet Energy Bites - Vegan

These extremely nutritious energy bites are great for snacking! Kids will definitely love these bites. Finger millet flour also known as ragi is widely popular in India and is easily available in any Indian grocery store. Finger millets are packed with essential amino acids and are safe for people suffering with gluten allergy. In this recipe, i have used dates, almonds, cashew nuts, shredded coconut, sunflower seeds, coconut oil along with finger millet flour. To make it flavorful like Indian traditional sweets, i have added a teaspoon of cardamom powder. Ingredients  1 cup Finger millet flour/Ragi flour 1 Tbsp Coconut oil 1 cup Chopped mejdool dates (10dates approx.) 1/4 cup Nuts (Almonds and Cashew nuts) 1 Tbsp Sunflower seeds 1 Tbsp Shredded coconut 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder Pinch of salt Directions Soak chopped dates in warm water for 15mins. Finger Millet Flour (Ragi) Cookies - Vegan

This is a easy cookie recipe made using finger millet flour(ragi flour). I have also used all purpose flour(maida) in this recipe to obtain sugar cookie like texture. Kids will love these cookies. Recipe Ingredients 1/4 cup Coconut oil or softened butter 4 tablespoons Cane sugar + 2 tsp more for sprinkling 3/4 cup Finger millet flour (ragi) 1/4 cup All purpose flour 1/2 tsp Baking powder 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp coconut milk or regular milk Directions   Preheat oven to 375F/190C Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, beat coconut oil and sugar for 2 minutes, using a hand whisk. If using an electric stand mixer, mix for 2 minutes on medium speed using a paddle attachment.  Add the remaining ingredients and mix gently, until a dough is formed. This is a healthy and vegan bread recipe. It has all the goodness of sweet potato, oats, coconut, multigrain flour/whole wheat flour and almond flour. Pineapple whip is a frozen dessert and it's totally vegan and healthy too! This whip is a perfect dessert to cool off the summer heat! Recipe Author : Himabindu Yield : 2 servings Requirements Blender , Serving cups , Spatula Ingredients 2 cups frozen pineapple 1 ripe banana optional : 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup ½ cup coconut water  Directions Cut a fresh pineapple into cubes and freeze them overnight. Blend all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Every minute or so, stop and scrape down the sides with a spatula. Blend until evenly creamy consistency is attained. Spoon it into a cup or get fancy with a piping bag and swirl it into a serving cup. Top off with small pineapple cubes and a mint leaf for decoration.

Chocolate covered Oatmeal Banana Cookies

These chocolate covered vegan cookies are soft, full of flavor and consist all the goodness of oats, bananas, raisins and coconut.
