Eggless Strawberry Cake

Soft eggless sponge cake, made with fresh strawberries. Recipe Oven temperature :  350℉(180℃)  Bake time : 30 to 35 minutes Yield : 1 (8 inch round cake)  Ingredients 1¼ cup all purpose flour (maida) ¼ cup cornstarch 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda ¼ tsp salt ¼ cup yogurt(curd) ½ cup neutral oil ¾ cup + 2 Tbsp powdered sugar ½ cup strawberry puree (blended fresh strawberries) 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp white vinegar Pink gel color (optional) Directions Preheat oven to 350℉(180℃).  Line a baking pan with parchment paper.  In a large bowl, sift in flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Give it a mix. In another bowl, add yogurt and powdered sugar, mix it well using a wire whisk, until smooth consistency is attained. Add strawberry puree, vanilla extract and vinegar. Combine everything well. To the sifted flour, add liquid mixture and the oil. Optional : Add 1 drop of pink gel color. Mix gently just until everything is combined. Do not over mix. Gulab Jamun Cake

Gulab jamun is a popular Indian dessert. Soft, fried dough balls soaked in sugar syrup.  I made this gulab jamun inspired cake with moist cardamom cake, gulab jamun filling and covered with delicious whipped cream frosting. I used store bought mix to make gulab jamuns and made sugar syrup as per packet  instructions. Strawberry Cake

This is a soft, moist and delicious strawberry cake. Easy recipe that can be made using a blender! Recipe Yield: 1, 9 inch round cake Oven temperature: 350℉/180℃ Bake time: 30-35 minutes Video Ingredients Dry ingredients 1​​​​⅔ cups (213g) all purpose flour/maida 1 cup (200g) sugar 1½ tsp baking powder ¼ tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt Wet ingredients 2 eggs ¾ cup oil/melted butter ½ cup yogurt ¼ cup milk  1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp lemon juice ¾ cup chopped strawberries Instructions Preheat oven to 350℉/180℃. This delicious, moist cake is made of Rasmalai(Indian sweet) and eggless cardamom cake. You can use homemade or store bought Rasmalai to make this cake, anything works fine.  This recipe involves following steps - making of rasmalai(cheese balls and sweetened milk), cake, whipped cream and assembly. Simple Vanilla Cake - Eggless

Simple and easy vanilla cake recipe. This recipe doesn't require an electric mixer. You can serve this cake with any berry sauce/jam or whipped cream. It also tastes delicious without any cream or sauce. I love to dust it with powdered sugar and have it with a simple berry sauce. This lemon pound cake is dense, moist and rich. It tastes incredible with lemon syrup drizzle. It takes less than 2 minutes for crepes to cook. The crepe batter should be thinner and runny than pancake batter.
