Cheese stuffed garlic bread
Recipe Cook time : 15 to 17 minutes Yield : 2 loaves Ingredients For yeast 2 tsp dry yeast 2 tsp sugar ½ cup warm water Dough 2 ½ cup all purpose flour/ maida 1 tsp garlic powder or finely chopped garlic ½ tsp oregano ½ tsp ground pepper powder (optional) 1 tsp salt ½ cup milk 1 tsp oil Stuffing and topping 1 tsp cornmeal or semolina 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese ¼ tsp salt 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic (10 garlic cloves) 2 tsp chopped cilantro or parsley leaves 1 tsp chilli flakes ½ tsp oregano Preparation For yeast : Add sugar, warm water and yeast to a bowl and let it rest for 10 minutes. Dough : In a big bowl, add flour, garlic powder, oregano, pepper and salt. Make a well in the center, pour the yeast mixture, milk and oil. Mix everything together with a wooden spoon until everything is combined. Take out the dough on a floured surface and knead it, about 5 minutes, until a smooth dough
