Buttercream frosting for cupcakes

Vanilla buttercream icing for cupcakes. You can use this recipe to frost 12 cupcakes. Double the ingredients quantity for 24 cupcakes. Video Tutorial Recipe Ingredients 1 cup butter, kept at room temperature 3½ cups powdered sugar/icing sugar/confectioner's sugar 2 Tbsp milk 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt Gel food coloring (optional) Instructions In a large bowl, beat the butter on medium speed for 3 minutes with an electric mixer until the butter turns pale and creamy. Sift in 1 cup of powdered sugar, beat for 30 seconds. Scrape down the sides using a spatula. Beat for 30 seconds more with mixer. Now continue the process with remaining powdered sugar adding in parts. Add milk, vanilla and pinch of salt. Mix for 1 minute, scraping down the sides. Add a few drops of gel food coloring. Paneer Masala Recipe

This is my way of making paneer masala and it is one my favorite recipes. This paneer dish is so delicious and easy to make. The spice level of this recipe is medium hot, you can decrease/increase the spice level by reducing/adding the quantity of peppercorns and red chili powder. Homemade granola | Peanut butter granola

Easy, nutritious and delicious peanut butter granola is great for snacking and as well as for breakfast(with milk). I usually have it with almond milk and freshly sliced banana.  Always use natural peanut butter(check label and avoid peanut butter with ingredients - hydrogenated oils, palm oil and sweeteners). Healthy Oats and Millets(Ragi) Cookies | Vegan & Gluten free

These soft baked cookies with oats flour, millet flour and applesauce/mashed bananas are so delicious and healthy. Kids will definitely love these cookies. Homemade Applesauce

Applesauce is very easy to make and can be used in many baking recipes as egg substitute. Applesauce can also be given to infants as babyfood and as a snack to toddlers. Any apple variety can be used, I prefer gala apples. Recipe Serving : 1 cup applesauce Ingredients   4 Large apples or 6 medium apples 2 Tbsp water (pressure cooker method) Instructions   Wash, peel and core the apples. Cut in cubes. Pressure cooker method : Add cubed apples with 2 Tbsp water in a pressure cooker. Close the  lid and cook it for 12minutes. Let the pressure release naturally. Steaming method : Place the cubed apples on the steaming basket over 1 cup boiling water. Cover and cook for 20 minutes. Mash/blend the cooked apples. Applesauce is ready! Serve it cooled.  Store in an airtight container/jar and place in refrigerator. Use within a week.

Rasmalai Cake - Eggless recipe

This delicious, moist cake is made of Rasmalai(Indian sweet) and eggless cardamom cake.
